Summer groundnuts are sown from January 15 to February 15; should be done in between. Sowing will be delayed "so on; yield declines. "For sowing; Generally 100 to 125 kg of seed per hectare is sufficient. Improved "varieties" should be selected for cultivation which are more productive and resistant to pests and diseases.
